SG-1085: Release agent for removal from green sand free of silicones

Description:

SG-1085 has been specially developed for removal from green sand. The release agent film is good adhesive, highly resistant to heat and moisture and has good sliding properties. Sand adhesion is largely prevented. The mouldings retain their sharp contours. SG-1085 is free of silicones.

Application:

SG-1085 is used undiluted. The release agent should be applicated by hand or with spray facility. The whole surface of the model should be thin moistened. Avoid unwetted spots.

Storage:

Do not store outdoors.
Prevent from heat and cold and store between 0°C-50°C.
Avoid direct sun.
Allow product to reach room temperature before use.
Shelf life (if correct stored): minimum 24 months

Packing:

20kg can, 160kg drum and 800kg IBC
