SG-1001: Release agent for cold hardening core and mould production

Description:

SG-1001 has been specially developed for the production of cold hardening cores and moulds. The release agent film is good adhesive and highly resistant so that repeated ejections are possible even under extremely unfavourable conditions. SG-1001 contains silicones.

Application:

SG-1001 is used undiluted. The release agent should be applicated by hand or with spray facility. The whole surface of coreboxes and models should be thin moistened. Avoid unwetted spots.

Storage:

Do not store outdoors.
Prevent from heat and cold and store between 0°C-50°C.
Avoid direct sun.
Allow product to reach room temperature before use.
Shelf life (if correct stored): minimum 24 months

Packing:

4,5kg or 20kg can, 150kg drum and 850kg container
