Description: | EP-2089 is a newly developed release agent for the plastics industry. The release film adheres well to the surface, forming a closed, through-polymerized film that does not transfer. The finished parts are usually overpaintable, but your own preliminary tests are required. Usually multiple releases are possible.

Application: | EP-2089 is used undiluted. Shake before use. Before the first demoulding, the mold should be primed (applying the release agent twice). The release agent should be applied thinly and evenly by hand (with a soft non-fluffing cotton cloth or similar) or a spray unit. It must be ensured that all areas are evenly wetted by the release agent. The curing time depends on the mold temperature and is around 20 minutes at 35 ° C. Preliminary tests are required. Usually multiple releases are possible.
Storage: | The containers should be stored dry and frost-free. Direct sunlight is to be avoided. Shelf life: at least 6 months
