| Application: | DG-2017 has to be diluted prior to use. To dilute, use a common dosage pump. The dilution rate depends on the degree of difficulty of the released parts. Start with dilution rate 1:25, then, short time later, dilution rates up to 1:40 are recommended. The release agent should be applicated by spray facility. The whole surface of the tool should be thin moistened. Avoid unwetted spots. Clean tools with common cleaning agents. | ||||||||||||||||
| Storage: | Do not store outdoors. Prevent from heat and cold and store between 5°C-50°C. Avoid direct sun. Allow product to reach room temperature before use. Shelf life (if correct stored): minimum 12 months |
