DG-2007: water miscible release agent for pressure die-casting
| Description: | DG-2007 is a high-concentrated, high-quality, water miscible release agent and has been specially developed for pressure die-casting. | Application: | DG-2007 has to be diluted prior to use. To dilute, use a common dosage pump. The dilution rate depends on the degree of difficulty of the released parts. Start with dilution rate 1:80, then, short time later, dilution rates up to 1:160 are recommended. The release agent should be applicated by spray facility. The whole surface of the tool should be thin moistened. Avoid unwetted spots. Clean tools with common cleaning agents. | ||||||||||||||||
| Storage: | Do not store outdoors. Prevent from heat and cold and store between 5°C-50°C. Avoid direct sun. Allow product to reach room temperature before use. Shelf life (if correct stored): minimum 12 months |
